The compact Au77s utilizes a high-end non-contact jetting valve to enhance dispensing uniformity and throughput while minimizing material waste. The Nordson Unity PURJet dispensing system accurately dispenses heated PUR adhesive from 30 mL syringes and 300 mL cartridges. The Unity dispenser helps extend the service life of the syringe, maximizing material utilization and minimizing residual waste.

The Unity 4-axis robot comes with a dedicated rotary table, offering more stable and accurate dispensing in precision hot melt applications compared to traditional 4-axis robots.
