The MYJ10X solder paste jet printing system accommodates non-planar PCBs (with height differences of less than 0.4 mm) and offers controllable solder paste thickness, allowing users to specify different thicknesses at various locations. It supports printing directly onto components—making it suitable for 3D/stacked assembly processes—and delivers high efficiency by eliminating the need for stencils.
