During the operation of the Ai400T dispensing system, product positioning and dispensing tasks are separated into two distinct stations that operate in parallel, thereby enhancing efficiency.
Once a product is fed into the machine, it first moves to the identification station for visual positioning—which involves recognizing fiducial marks or detecting straight and arc edges to determine the product's location or deformation—and subsequently proceeds to the dispensing station, where the dispensing operation is performed based on the path planned at the identification station.
