Typical applications of DV-8000 include thermal conductive adhesives, epoxy resins, lid sealing, and dam materials. In typical dam writing applications, DV-8000 can improve colloid flow rate by up to 40% compared to DV-6000 in contrast tests.
DV-8000 can be disassembled without tools, and the pump core can be replaced, making cleaning much easier and more convenient. Just press the quick-release handle to remove the needle and pump core—no tools required. When replacing the colloid, you only need to replace the pump core, needle, and glue guide tube.
