The APJ2000 piezoelectric valve is a high-performance jetting valve developed by Zhouxin Zikong to handle higher-viscosity fluids.
It is widely used in industries such as SMT, FPC & PCB assembly, LED packaging, energy, electro-acoustics, life sciences, optics, MEMS, and RFID, as well as in other applications requiring high precision, high consistency, high efficiency, non-contact dispensing, and operation within space-constrained environments.
Note: When paired with the D-200H series controller, it can be integrated into any motion platform.
• The APJ2000 piezoelectric jet valve delivers high jetting force (at least 50% higher than the standard version) and superior fluid break-off capability.
• Piezoelectric technology enables high jetting frequencies, achieving up to 550 dots/second with a minimum dot diameter of 0.165mm.
