The "quick-release fluid cartridge" utilizes innovative connection technology, offering greater flexibility in the interface between the valve body and the cartridge. Featuring a screw-free design, the cartridge can be detached from the valve simply by flipping a latch, making operation effortless and cleaning easy.

Delivering superior dispensing performance, the system jets dots smaller than a human hair (150 microns) at high frequencies while maintaining exceptional consistency and repeatability, effectively boosting productivity and reducing costs.

Users can freely configure different nozzles and tappets. Tappets can be replaced directly at the workstation without halting operations, ensuring ease of use and effectively minimizing downtime.

The fluid reservoir features an integrated nozzle heating block, saving space while maintaining a stable heating temperature. With precise temperature and pressure control, dispensing results remain highly consistent until the medium in the supply unit is completely depleted.
