For products with irregular shapes, circular profiles, or curved surfaces, the system uses a CCD camera to capture the outline, automatically calculates the product's center, and applies axis compensation. It then drives the dispensing control system to execute the process. Spatial trajectory conversion is simple and intelligent, ensuring precise positioning.

Intelligent, Error-Proof, and Easy to Operate

The equipment can capture "MARK" points from a standard product to serve as a positioning template for real-time comparison, or it can locate products by detecting their edges based on specific features. It provides timely alarms for anomalies, effectively preventing errors such as misplacement or missed dispensing.

Modular Design for Flexible Configuration

Optional features include QR code scanning, MES system integration, UV curing, fluid level detection, automatic weighing, and automatic nozzle wiping. Both the control system and hardware utilize a modular design, facilitating ease of operation as well as rapid maintenance and component replacement.
