The PreciseCoat jet delivers dots and narrow lines as small as 1.5 mm in width and eliminates the need for masking through improved flow control. It is designed for precise, selective coating on substrates densely populated with components of varying heights, addressing requirements such as tight Keep-Out Zones (KOZ) and access in close proximity to tall components. By utilizing a needle design that combines jetting action with rapid pulse-width modulation (PWM) control, the jet can reach areas inaccessible to standard applicators.
