The ASYMTEK 4-axis tilt accessory addresses this challenge by providing programmable, multi-angle operation for conformal coating valves.
This accessory enables compatible ASYMTEK valves to operate in a standard upright position or tilt 30° from the vertical in four directions (left, right, front, and back). This flexibility facilitates the coating of hard-to-reach areas—such as component sidewalls, leads, and undersides of overhangs—eliminating the need for manual touch-ups or rework.
